Call your engineer he will sort you out!

im afraid it is what it says you will need and engineer to reset the alarm unless you know the engineer code which i presume you dont. when was the last time the alarm was serviced the galaxy is not a diy alarm so your better off getting a professional in the reset the alarm and service it.we are unable to give out resetting procedures on here.
