Bellman is 100% correct, you wont find the info in the manual :no:

It seems to be common practice for //.National Installer.// to leave them in engineers mode, unless you have engineer code I suggest you call a local Galaxy approved company to default it

Many Thanks to all that has posted. One last thing, does anyone have any recommendations for a Galaxy approved company in the Poole / Bournemouth area (Dorset).
