March 18, 200620 yr comment_91157 Hi. Wirefree products @ 2.4Ghz have a huge limitation, the output power - 10mW 10mW is the same power as a car alarm keyfob!! Its very restrictive in terms of performance. Wirefree cameras are a get-out-of-jail solution, or a tempory measure. Wiring (of some form) is without doubt the best option. Paul System Q Ltd. March 18, 200620 yr comment_91253 this is repeat on another thread but surly using wireless IT technology and ip ing the cameras using conversion blocks this resolves most of the issues?mac adress and wep is pretty damn secure. except wep isn't too secure afterall... and mac restriction is for honest people...
