Paul P
I am looking for a replacement supplier for 6mm X 600mm long masonry drill bits. You know the ones we all use to drill behind the coving. They seam to have become scarce round this way I have even a check to see if screwfix had any. All suggestion are gratefully received. Guest
As I usually break\bend them I get loads of cheap ones from the Sunday market, think they're only 50p each IIRC (or were last time I got some anyway). I'm down to my last one, could do with some more actually. If you'd have posted this this morning I'd have gone down and got some. I was stuck once and nipped into a large DIY store and they had ones in there for Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/9233-long-masonry-drill-bits/#findComment-85768 Share on other sites

antinode
Long screwdriver shaped like a banana. +1! Gentle tap with a hammer usually does it, and no risk of nicking any pipes. Guest
Such as? Nothing major, site counter was a bit hit and miss and the search doesn't work. Looking at the site it's © 2003 so I assume it's not been touched since then.
