I have recently moved into a new house and would like to remove the previous owners name from the the Character display on the alarm. I have tired going through the menu options but cant find the right one. The previous owner didnt leave a manual for the system.

Could anyone direct me to the right menu option. A step by step guide would be much apprecitated

Hi,

If you look around these Forums you'll soon discover the Galaxy is most definitely NOT a DIY panel.

If you want to keep it you'll need a professional to maintain it. They'll no doubt reconfigure it to do what you want on a takeover/new contract.

This needs to be programmed by your engineer the next time it is serviced. It is not a customer option.
