black knight Posted November 26, 2003 Share Posted November 26, 2003 try ther cooper menvier(scantronic) site - their customer literature people sent me a full set of engineering manuals for the regal family otherwise try a local chubb office/engineer they used to fit them in certain areas (where they took a company over). check the posts elsewhwre on this site i,m sure somebody else was asking about regals THE BLACK KNIGHT "Any comments / opinions posted are my opinion only and do not represent those of my employer or Company." Guest Andyp Posted December 24, 2003 Share Posted December 24, 2003 The RS100 is a large white panel which, to be frank is a nightmare to service. You blow a fuse or knock the power off and you will have to reprogram the panel, and one of the things that makes you realise this is the fact that the SAB sounds until you have programmed it to do otherwise. (I found this out in a little village at 3am, the natives nearly lynched me!!!) Chubb had a number of these panels as a legacy of the Security Express takeover.
