Ive got 17 veritas 8 panels installed but one customers system for some reason

keeps locking out.

Ive changed the pcb, rewired the thing, checked to see what she did but it keeps locking out .....anybody any ideas (apart fron taking a hammer to it!)

Where are you taking the main power from for this panel? The only time i've known anything similar happen was when it had it's power taken from the central heating spur.
