esp-protocol Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 Evening all. My name is David Rooney (I'm more akin to Mickey than Wayne) and I am MD at CTA Fire (CTA Maintenance Ltd). Have been specialising in fire detection design/install and service for nearly 20 years, and in particular, radio fire detection systems (EMS). We are BAFE SP201 approved, and do not as a rule get involved with security systems, but generally pass enquiries on to specialist companies. esp-protocol Posted December 17, 2005 Author Share Posted December 17, 2005 Top men ! It is wierd, I have looked into afew other forums but there seems very little aimed at fire detection. Never a truer statement Nova, I do not believe the companies (especially electrical installers) that proclaim to be able to certify fire alarms, access, security, fibre, data, etc etc. They must bevery clever or have huge resourses! Regarding EMS Mr Bri, we have installed over 100 systems and have the SGC cause and effect software. Always willing to help and discuss the pleasures (and nightmares) of radio.
