Hello,

My cousin has just moved into her new home which if fitted with a Aritech 32 alarm. The unit will not accept any key responses from the panel, no key sounds etc.. the battery in the system has 13.3 volts, and when fuse is removed the external bell box alarms because of the tamper.

Have totally powered down system and reset but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

This being a professional panel the best advice we can give you is to contact a local security systems engineer, or post your location and maybe someone here maybe local to you.
