Gardtec 350 help required

Featured Replies

Hi, I have inherited a Gardtec 350 alarm system with my new house, however was left no code to reset by the previous owner. The alarm details left contained the following details :

Oriole Alarm from Norwich Union

Gardtec 350 alarm

Unfortunately the Helpline number on the alarm is also a dead line, therefore I'm looking for any information available for me to reset the alarm in order to begin using it.

If this is the incorrect forum/format for requesting the above details can you possibly suggest possible websites/companies I should be contacting ??

Thanks in advance

I used to fit these ages ago, they were kits installed on behalf of Norwich Union and Barclays Bank. The Gardtec 350 isnt a bad panel, it has 5 zones and is fully programable. The kit only consisted of the GT350, a Nova 2 bellbox, 2 motion sensors (212`s), 2 door contacts (often exchanged for an extra passive), and a fused spur, but other devices were often installed at an extra cost.

Havn`t you been given any codes at all..?

What area are you in..? If its the West Midlands i may have fitted it.
