A couple of you mentioned the SD1+ I think the Guy means the original SD1.

They were tempremental at best - try inserting pauses in the dialling string etc etc, they were particulaly bad for contacting mobiles as they didnt recognise the mobile dialing tone etc and thought the line was answered and played the message before the line was even picked up!

The SD1+ was much better, and the newer one out now better still.
