Hi, I don't work in the security industry, but am looking for some help. I have an Adpro VST 10CA (rack mounted) that I am looking to have repaired to replaced. I have contacted Vision Systems Limited, who were very nice and polite, but were unable to help directly, but suggested I contacted a UK security distributer. I would be very grateful if anyone could point me in the direction of someone who would be able to assist me.

Hi Colin, I'm in Leicester but can send the equipment to anyone who can help! I've already spoken to A & A Security in Leicester who couldn't help, but would grately appreciate any other suggestions.

Most distributors will only deal with the trade, I will email you the details of an installer on the forum who has experience of adpro equipment and is reasonably close to you (Dale at Bluehall technology,doncastor)

alternatively I would be happy to arrange for a repair for you, whats wrong with the unit.

Colin, this would effectively be a trade job as I work at BAE SYSTEMS (big defence company) and have been sent the Adpro unit from an installation we support in Denmark. Unfortunately they didn't tell us what was wrong with the unit, just that its broken! I now have the job of either getting the unit fixed or replaced.

Norbain in reading would be your best bet, obviously we can only give help and advice on what information we are given in the posts.

I would send them a fax as they will insist on checking out who the company are before they will do anthing and you will need to open an account with them.
