I have an accenta 8 alarm. The mains power was switched off by the plumber for an hour. When powered up again the strobe light activated. I tried to reset system on keypad but day and power indicators were off. I checked and am getting 13v power supply to keypad. I have checked the four internal fuses on the control panel and they are ok. Can anyone help me?

Power the sytem down again, wait a moment, reconect the battery first then the mains.

Did you check the fuses with a multimeter?

Did the panel make any sounds when you powered it back up?

Did you disconnect the battery when you switched the mains off?( check the battery it may u/s)

I didn't disconnect the battery when i depowered mains. I've done it now and all ok. Thanks
