B) would like to know if anybody has had familiar circumstances with the optima sl8c also known as the g3 crashing, i have come across several but not all of them whilst installation has completed and returned back to day mode system has actually crashed back to factory set conditions a very frustrating job having to reprogram everything again!!!, i have had and do know of ade problems of control panel keypads locking out but i have found this particular model worse than any other ade panel be very interesting to know of the feedback on this.

We use the G3 a LOT, and to my knowledge haven't had this happen, but the old ADE panels used to reset back to factory defaults if you pressed the SET button while in engineer mode, cant say if it does this on the G3 though.
