hi guys well my alarms feelimg poorly.ive got a sterling 10 and just lately the decibell keeps going off for about 10 secs then stops even if it armed or not it went off last night at 1'o clock in the morning. i have rang the local alarm people 3 different companys and still waiting for them to come 4 weeks later.ive had a look in the bell box and every thing looks ok so i hada look at the panel box in the loft and the tampers are

stb yellow cable i assume to bell box

ba green (bell box) & green(same cable as the yellow)

bt blue(bell box) & yellow(same cable as the green)

the two tamper terminals are linked up to each other

how do i stop this happening because i dont trust it now ive attached the scaned booklet i got with if it helps.

Its sounds like the micro switches in the Decibell sounder are going faulty...

we get a lot of this with the older Decibells (over 5 year old)
