:( I have just moved into a new house, OPtima XM Alarm fitted, all working perfectly after fitting a new backup battery.

All i need now is a new keypad panel as current panel is cracked due to previos owner's long fingernails! Does anyone know where I can locate a replacement?

Thanks for the link, is it not possible to simply buy a new front cover for my current alarm box? It is only the plastic on the keys that has split, the box itself is fine.
