July 7, 200520 yr comment_59894 Hello fellow security people. Well today one of our account came up showing call for service on the alpha display. I did a few checks and found zone 7-8 causing the problem. I do know the panel got HIT as the outlet was shot and the transformer had to be replaced. Replaced the transformer, batteries, but keypad still showing call for service. Anybody know how to reset the call for service? August 5, 200619 yr comment_110219 With most Radionics systems, call for service on a keypad denotes that the keypad is unable to commuincate with the control panel, usually because of a wiring or programming issue. If that doesn't help, I would suggest calling Bosch/Radionics tech support at 888-886-6189.
