Guest RobM Posted July 7, 2005 Share Posted July 7, 2005 Hello fellow security people. Well today one of our account came up showing call for service on the alpha display. I did a few checks and found zone 7-8 causing the problem. I do know the panel got HIT as the outlet was shot and the transformer had to be replaced. Replaced the transformer, batteries, but keypad still showing call for service. Anybody know how to reset the call for service? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest radxguy Posted August 5, 2006 Share Posted August 5, 2006 With most Radionics systems, call for service on a keypad denotes that the keypad is unable to commuincate with the control panel, usually because of a wiring or programming issue.
