Have GV 1000 card from ezcctv have tried it with 2 deferent setups

Setup1

Intel LG 560 3.6 gig

ASUS P5GD1 Intel 915G Express / Intel ICH6MHz Intel HD Audio - 7.1 channel surround

DDR400 2GIG

Radeon x600 pci express also tried fx6600pro

Sata raid 2x400gig

SETUP 2

Intel LG 560 3.6 gig

ABIT AS8 Intel 865PE / Intel ICH5R 800 MHz

Radeon 9600 256meg pro agp

DDR400 2GIG

Sata raid 2x400gig

On both setups drivers and main program install with out eney problems ore conflicts

BUT on start up main program will not inisalise and the program freezes this happens

With both setups program will not start up pal setup

BUT if program is installed as NTSC format it will work ok but as im in the UK

It is not compatible with my cameras

NOTE my old gv800 board will work OK

Ezcctv have tested the board and ok have also replaced with a new one and bean very

Helpful but do not have the answers they think it should work with both setups

Were you supplied with Pc for this? If so it might be worth talking to PC supplier or an IT wiz on harware configuration of system. May be conflicts or something on that line in machine

It sounds like the software is at fault, get them to send you the correct software for your operating system.
