recently i had a power cut which locked out the keypad. I tried resetting it by taking off one of the leads from the battery, now the alarm keeps going off and it appears that my keypad code doesn't work.

Can anyone help?

Did you power down completely?.Mains off , battery off , mains on , input code ( if original doesnt work try 0123).You will probably need a new battery .
