could someone please tell me how i fire the outputs on a ts690 id panel, and also how do i set it up for remote reset plse?

I'll take a wild guess and say your wanting to TEST outputs? Hmm..far as I remember only the 5 DIGICOM outputs can be tested, ENG menu 2, C for modem/digi options then 7, keys 1 to 5 will then fire digicom outputs 1 to 5 AND digicom channels 1 to 5. So make sure you put it on test first.

Oh yeah you need an LCD keypad on the system to be able to get access to this.

Shouldn't this be in the trade section, wonder if it'll be gone in a short time.

Oops forgot remote reset, it's always turned when you enable Engineer reset, all you can set is the RR algorhythm thingy. Customer code, ENT then 3 or just customer code then 3 shows the seed code. Just beware Menviers aren't like Gardtec and wont give you the same seed code every time you do the above, so make sure the customer keeps it on screen or does it right before you give him the code back. Did hear once it changes every 2 mins from another engineer.

i actually dont have a manual, i will look on the manuals site, i only needed to know a couple of things nyway. thank you for your replies
