Does anybody know where I can pick up a few meters of this stuff? It's the kind of conduit used for protecting bell cables from where the cable comes out of the wall and up to the bell box. I'd like to get some to protect a small run of cable to my garden shed. Can I get it at CEF or is it a bit more specialised than that?

Its called ali tube and you can buy it from Gardiners. Not many electrical wholesalers stock it.

Its no where as good as 20m steel conduit though.

id be wary of any bloke offering to give you a length

especially if it hard as steel...
