HI IF SOMEBODY COULD ADVISE ME,I HAVE MOVED INTO A PRPERTY WHICH HAS A VERITAS 8 WITH REMOTE KEY PAD, I BELIEVE THIS ALARM WAS INSTALLED AROUND 1997.IT HAS THE CODE 1234. BUT WIL NOT LET ME ACCESS TO CHANGE THE CODE.IF CAN ADVISE PROCEDURE OF CHANGING CODE ALSO ON OCCASIONS ALARM WIL ACTIVATE IN DIFFERNT ZONES.THANKS.

If it is false activating on different zones, then it needs proper attention anyway, so changing the code is not going to fix the real problem.

There is a code change guide and a user guide in the Gallery , under control panels.As yours is a 1997 version , use the pre1999 , if 1,2,3,4 dos'nt work , try 4,3,2,1
