Hi

I have been called out to a customer that has a Veritas 8 Alarm Panel.

I require the Installation/User manual as I have only installed one of the Texecom Panels before, I stick to Scantronic from my supplier.

I checked out Texecom but they dont work on weekends and my customer requires the reprogramming today.

I would appreciate it if anyone would send me a copy in pdf format please.

About that.

That line hasnt been altered since i first built the site. ( Will sort that error out ) Done

I do not sell the manuals to the Customer as it will Put me and others out of Work.

I do charge a one off fee for Resetting the panel and only let the Customer have the User Manual.

If the Engineer code has been locked in by the previous installer on the newer version, then a defaulting wont help you. It`s a back to manufacturer job or replacement panel.
