Doies any know if it is possible to programme this item so it stops dialing when you enter the user codes. If you accendently set of the alarm, it dials to my work and my mobile. I cant seem to switch it of via my mobile and it keeps dialing it. The only way is to unplug it. My good (?) lady (?) has a habit of setting the alarm of when she enters. I have lengthend the entry time but she still gets flustered. I also need a manual for this if anyone can help. cheers, keith

When you answer the phone listen to the message.

At the end of the message informa will produce a single tone for 1 second.

Press the "*" key on the phone for at least 1 second

Informa will repeat its tone for 1 second

Press "*" key again for 1 second

informa will then sound 2 short beeps to indicate that it has recived the acknowlegement and then hang up

You will still need to rest the alarm panel but the bells will stop hope this helps.
