OOps ok I was having a bad day when I put this post up and didn't think to tell you what is was lol

Anyway The traing days are based on customer care skills and how to deal with an irate customer when you are face toface .

sounds simple and to a degree it is but how many of you sevice guys actualy have had any training

Salesman getthe training on people skills not the egineers

But its the enginers who have to deal with the aftyer care

just some thing for you all to think about

Customer! hate them. They ALLWAYS WANT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING! ever heard: While your here? I train our lads OK. Tell them if the customer gets them to do small job and then offers them a £1. Say "no thanks ill put it on my time sheet that way ill get £25" that normally sorts the tip out.
