January 12, 200521 yr comment_37006 Following a powercut while the alarm was deactivated, the keypad has gone dead -the lights on the keys are still on but the power and day lights are off and we can't set the alarm. Is it something so obvious like a fuse blowing in the keypad, or is it likely to be something more? Thanks for the help.... January 12, 200521 yr comment_37009 Could well be the panel battery, do u know when it was last serviced/changed? anything over 3 years and it should be changed how the long was the power off for?
