Its lower end spec and could be ok, hard to tell without seeing it in action.

I suspect its something from ebay?

I think I know this one, and in fact it is not too bad for the smaller installs. Just don't point it at a door way (from inside) as the BLC struggles, and ensure it has the right lens for the job required. It also struggles to hold colour very well and white walls with the wrong lighting can fool the Auto White Balance.
