WiFi controlled Window Shock on Pyronix Enforcer not working now after I changed it to new window. Engineer says it needs 'Recalibrating with the panel'?

agreed a wood window is different to a plastic or ali one etc.

Location of detector also matters a pro installer is going to do that right and setup accordingly

However im with Al that a system would know and detect tamper not a different distance etc

 

Also wonder what the liability insurance wise when allowing a sensor to be refitted without the maintainer checking on a fail to perform?
