cheers Chris. Your right, it is a Rowlands. I asked if anything else was on the line and the manager denied this. I think i`ll have to ask again!

Also, my ARC reprogrammed the dialler to stop dialling on CS 2-4. This didnt solve it.

Then again, its been 2 days now and no furthur problems. Hopefully reprogging solved it.

Note - My signature IS a p#ss take. I`ll have to change it if it offends people.

id deffo c if they have a phone on the line. or ap pc. initial are going to ats all the time in 1 month and then we will all have to master them. its a shoot panel in my opinion, i prefer the cd95. we call aritech on 01708381359. they are always shitty with u but sometimes help. i normally find with the cd i know more than them.

Know what u mean. Had to phone them to confirm a faulty batch we received. What a miserable git!
