cheers Chris. Your right, it is a Rowlands. I asked if anything else was on the line and the manager denied this. I think i`ll have to ask again!

Also, my ARC reprogrammed the dialler to stop dialling on CS 2-4. This didnt solve it.

Then again, its been 2 days now and no furthur problems. Hopefully reprogging solved it.

Note - My signature IS a p#ss take. I`ll have to change it if it offends people.

speak to rowlands IT department its due to the sites going to broadband and they have cocked up the lines to the computers had loads of them our area!!
