Pyronix Euro Panic Alarms on Keypad

Hi All,

 

Done a takeover on a Pyronix Euro 46 LM last week (never touched one before) managed to get on alright until halfway through I lost all three wired keypads, managed to figure out the fuse on the panel and get them back, tbe problem I had was that two of the keypads have CQL Electronic Keyless Panic Alarms, and without being pressed they are constantly in alarm, I could not reset them and just had to turn them off to allow client to use rest of alarm for timebeing, anyone come across anything like this. Aplogies if its obvious, never used Pyronix or Keyless PAs either.

its in alarm, have you pressed both button down until it turns green ?

I haven't, probably showing my lack of knowledge, and stupidity! I'm heading over tomorrow so i'll give that a go, thanks mate

iirc, with no power the button is in alarm,

 

so when powered up it needs reseting
