Hi i'm installing a visonic powermaster 30 and have problems with unlocking it with my user code  on full set, it unlocks fine on part set and once the alarm activates on full set it will unlock. anyone have any ideas where i'm going wrong Cheers

Ive changed your wording so it makes more sense

 

Its sounds like its set up for monitoring, which means you have to use the fob to unset not the code 

thanks so much will look in to that, do you know if that's a setting? sorry thanks for changing it for me i could not think how to word it
