Hi, I am after an instruction manual for the above Concept System (Advanced Design Electronics).  I have this installed in my house, but recent electric board work has left it inoperative (still has power to it, but is not resetting).  Can anyone help please?

Your alarm needs more than just a manual.

They lockout like this when there is a fault, generally when they haven't been maintained.

There is a battery inside that needs maintenance not doing this can damage the panel or make it unreliable.

I would suggest you look for an alarm engineer, expect them to recommend an upgrade as the panel will be a few decades old.
