Hi I have a 9448ES alarm system , I set off the zone 6 which is set to panic alarm which has now lit up red on the 9427 control pad, how do I reset it so that the light goes off please

Ok but where is your panic switch? Just use key to reset it 

 

Or your trying to say another type of sensor is connected here and now says panic 

 

Or you got little confused so go look for panic switch if you don't have key you could open it and manually reset it 

 

Or your doing some DIY on alarm?

Cool dude , some old ones snap the mechanism or plastic keys break aswell
