Aha, now I understand that bit. Yes indeed, both receivers acknowledge the keypress on the remote keyfob (arm button) and the zone number, transmitter (remote keyfob) and alarm (red led) light up. The output is connected to the control panel.

okay, the zone on the alarm pcb need to be programmed with the correct attributes

I have now called up a local security company that maintained it previously to reset the entire system and set up the remotes.
