Hi,

 

I have an alarm problem whereby it randomly sounds when its not even set.

 

I  believe both the external and the internal bell start sounding.

I have had a look at the panel but cannot see anything untoward.

 

I have a Veritas 8C. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Normally this would indicate a tamper fault at the bell but difficult to confirm that diagnosis without inspection.

When was the last time the system was serviced?
