Just a quick noob question,

 

I've used galaxy rrs for some time but never remotely only stood in front of the panel.

 

In the manual it mentions a modem, how does that work in the always connected fibre world of today?

 

Under ethernet can't I just put the IP details of the udl from the webway/dualcom?

with Webway you need their remote manager gateway. If using a galaxy Ethernet mod then yes

So their gateway simple creates a VPN to their cards?

 

Does dualcom work in the same way?
