I have an I-on16 Panel with lost user code

I have the reset procedure [EDITED]

but it is not resetting to default [EDITED]

strangely [DEFAULT ENG CODE] does stop the beeping after the reset but wont take me into engineering mode

The situation is a tenant left it all unpowered (must have let the bell ring out)

My initial thought was that they had changed the code

But now I`m thinking maybe it is faulty and they gave up on it

No codes in public, please, nor defaulting info.

You would usually have to put the default user code in first before eng access is allowed.

 

Does entering the default user code do anything?

 

What comes up on the screen when you power on?

 

p.s expect the main battery to be shot
