  1. I-on16 WONT RESET USER CODE

    I have an I-on16 Panel with lost user code I have the reset procedure [EDITED] but it is not resetting to default [EDITED] strangely [DEFAULT ENG CODE] does stop the beeping after the reset but wont take me into engineering mode The situation is a tenant left it all unpowered (must have let the bell ring out) My initial thought was that they had changed the code But now I`m thinking maybe it is faulty and they gave up on it
