Mm , where the hell does the engineer hold off connection from a deltabell go to on a euro 46 ?,

One manual says 0v, another says pgm . It does hold off if I stick it to 0 v , but do I have to connect it and disconnect it each time I want to acces the bell box.

It goes to pgm, then configure outputs, set pgm to engineer access
