I tried setting the alarm off to still no look, but managed to find a pcb schematic from the same makers and looks similar.  I think I know how I got confused now the system has a separate external tamper also which is right next to the ext sounder tamper which has a balancing resistor connected, also has bell outputs but theres no strobe connection? thus the reason why only a 4 core cables been used?, and yeh think its a CP42/03

and yeh gd point cause if you trip it will work like a sound bomb!

Do you know the sounder connections by any chance?, if you could maybe tell me them would really help just the labeling on the pcb is totally different to what you get now!

resistor in series

Why dont you just set the system and see if the bell goes off once triggered,

SAB battery failure ?

Yeh like I said previously already tried setting it off, and that I think its a battery failure.  Just need engineers manual

its an old system not familiar with it, just need the engineers manual so I can see how it works for myself!
