Familiar story I'm sure: we've just moved into a new house which is fitted with an Optima XM6 (also all the smoke alarms are linked to the unit also)

We have no idea how to use the unit but know the security code to activate it. Is there a manual I can download from anywhere?

OK, not familiar with ADE products, maybe give them a call - as long as you aren't asking for an engineers manual they should send you a user guide. If not then maybe see if someone on here can help.

John is right the xm6 is really old and suffer from keypad problems. My advise is to get it serviced and ask the engineer about a manual.
