Hi, I have a Vista Quantum QP08-1000hf that gets stuck at the loading programs page & does not progress from there.

I have tried  swapping out the PSU & hard drive from a  working Vista unit & this has made no difference, a collegue of mine said there is a way to default the unit and that this may correct the issue...

My question is has anyone had a similar issue? If so how did you sort it?

And secondly does anyone know a way of reseting the DVR?
