Agreed. At least you won't have to worry about it actually being a faulty PCB...

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands

 

simple test to try, link out the tamper circuit for a few weeks, if problem stops you know its a faulty tamper switch in a pir or damaged cables/joints.  then the fun starts
