By the way, I did get this response from Risco Support.

 

"Thank you very much for your feedback.

Since the keypad is based on batteries power but not AC power, we had not implemented this option.

The batteries may discharge very fast by enabling permanent display of panel (by keypad LEDs).

Anyway, I forwarded this feedback to our product manager in order to explorer any similar solution."

Thank you. I misunderstood as I thought the Internal Sounder only sounds the alarm. I will ask our installers about this item.
