Can't seem to find a wireless cctv test monitor .

I wouldn't bother with that, Save your money, Its cheap tat.  My boot laces will reach longer than its wireless range

 

The monitor has an output limit of 350mA,  This is insufficient for most of the stuff out there currently, unless its the Chinese bin fodder

 

You have still got to apply power to the transmitter at the camera end, Will be a PITA
