I use the pyronix speech dialler - very easy and you can dial in and run outputs from mobile phone. Shame the euro mini only has 1 or 2 outputs.

The Euro Mini has up to 7 outputs. Three dedicated outputs which are Bell, Strobe and PGM. All three are programmable.

It also has 4 x XPGM outputs. These are inputs 7, 8, 9, and 10. They can be configured to be outputs of not used as inputs. Very handy for speech dialers.
