Dear All

A Galaxy G2-20 should it be connected to telephone line or we can disable this somwhere in the menue?

Also I get fault on bell and kepad tamper!!

Please advise.

it can be connected to a telephone line. Are you saying you have a tel line fault displayed and you dont want to use the telephone reporting features?

Fault on bell tamper could be a fuse, a tamper switch, wiring etc. We will need more detail.

Keypad tamper is usually because the keypads not on properly or the backplate is twisted

Thanks James for your quick response.

there is no telephone line connected, which gives me the No Telephone line Error, if I connect it to line the error will disappear, since I do not want to connect it to line, I was looking in the menue to disable it from somewhere that I couldn't find anything related to telephone line in the menue!!
