January 24, 201214 yr comment_280219 Hello all I've got a bit of a problem with my TS690R panel in that it sounds its 'normal' triple beep three times at intervals of 30 minutes for long periods then goes quiet for an hour or two then repeats the process. It doesn't matter if the the system is set or not it does it regardless. Nothing appears on the display. I've gone through the config and checked, all seems well. It passes a walk-through check and reacts normally to the front door opening It's just those beeping beeps at all hours of the morning spoiling my beauty sleep Anyone have any idea the problem might be? THere are two PIRs, two magnetic door detectors and five vipers all separate devices Thanks Jmac Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/32521-menvier-ts690r-beeps-regularly/ Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 January 24, 201214 yr comment_280224 Give the log a read, user code, ent ent, 9, then use A key to go backwards, I'm sure there will be something logged. January 24, 201214 yr Author comment_280225 Checked the log but nothing in there apart from what I've done, certainly nothing repeatedly Ive been in the engineer programs to do all the investigation but didn't do anything called eng reset the battery could be something as I don't believe its been changed. Device batteries have been changed when they warned low... Might it be a failing panel? January 24, 201214 yr comment_280229 Just swap all detection batteries, and control battery (for decent ones) Cheaper than a new panel, you dont change your engine if it has a slight misfire. Start with the basics and go from there Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/32521-menvier-ts690r-beeps-regularly/#findComment-280229 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
