username1
Hi All, would appreciate it if someone could help me out. I have one of the above control panels installed with 6 PIR's and cant find the original guides. Q1 - Currently everyone uses the same code and i would like to change this so different users can have different codes, could someone give me direction on how to do this please. Q2 - We currently have 2 programs, A - all systems set and B - Bedtime (landing omitted), i would like to add a third © which would set all PIR's except the garage, again could some one give me direction on how to do this. Q3 - i would like to change the exit/ entry route for all programs, to allow us to use the front or rear door, as we use both to come in and out. again is this possible and can someone tell me how to do it. Thanks in advance for any answers received. C
breff
A1, look here....http://www.coopersecurity.co.uk/products/productsindex.aspx?intProductID=182&intTab=3&intProductCategoryID=37 A2 and A3, you need to have engineer access to do this. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

9651
How have you managed to get engineer access?
username1
Assuming engineer access is the same as installer mode?, I have the installation guide, which he gave me, now i'm technologically minded but its not the simplest thing to read. 9651
Yes. If you dont have the code, you'll need to default the codes. Again straight forward if you have the installation manual. Just programming really.
